Gary, I sadly agree. I also concede a reduction to sustainability it is not possible, especially since it has to happen within a generation. We are in serious overshoot. There is no ethical way we humans can reduce our population in the time needed. Unfortunately, that leaves unethical means and population control via natural disaster which is going to scar the human psyche forever, that is if we survive and are left with a psyche at all.
