I agree. A major portion of the report deals with the potential conflict in the Arctic due to... you guessed it - fossil fuel extraction! It is a mighty display of military intelligence when with one hand they lay out the fact that fossil fuels cause climate change and conflict, then they try to figure out how they can come out ahead in the conflict so we can burn more fossil fuels!
