Mitch, I think Medium can be such a community of ideas. I do agree with your prior point that without cheap energy, that is also in peril. A community of ideas such a the "Deep adaptation forum" "Friday's for Greta", "Extinction Rebellion" and I'm sure countless others I don't know about all have a role to play but ultimately our personal physical and mental survival will depend on our local community. Do I have a real plan?? Heck no ! I'm floundering also, trying to keep my sanity, dignity and shredded morality intact enough to get through another week of horrible news. My application will be when my home grown tomatoes are on a farmer market table and I start shaking hands, looking people in the eye, asking for their ideas.

First we must imagine, maybe afterwards we can implement. My imagination is flawed so I have to ask for help.
