"Russia has committed suicide." ?

I agree that Russia has committed "autarky" but I'm not sure about suicide. This seems like a deliberate and calculated attempt for self-inflicted autarky, hoping for a future advantage in the break from the west, or rather from the global order that the west would like to continue to impose. It might still be the end of Putin but unlikely to be the end of Russia.

I'd be interested in your feedback on the article I just posted.
