Steve, great piece thank you and I am dismayed by the responses from Prof. Bardi. Maybe you can refer him to Douglas Rushkoff’s piece (on Medium) regarding the conversations he has had with techno billionaires. This inability so see the limitations of living on a finite planet with finite resources is both sad and infuriating. No amount of technology can change the laws of thermodynamics and we can’t create copper and lithium out of sunlight! Why is this so hard to understand?
